A file that I wish to download - and use - is entitled
Evaluation of the E & N Railway Corridor: Baseline Reference Report

When clicking on that "web page", a file is automatically downloaded and is labeled -
<en_evaluation_baseline_reference_report.dms>

Its "Kind" of file is "Amiga DMS Disk Archive".

Nothing on this iMac will open it. Suggestions, please.

Dick, have a look at this link. It may be helpful. You'll likely need to download a program, but it should be free.
