Blocking message sender in iOS?

I am sure I used to know how to do this but after several iOS updates I can't seem to find out how to do this now...

If I get a phone call from someone I don't want to be bothered with in the future, I know how to block that caller.

But if I get a message in my Messages app on my iPhone, and it is someone who continues to send these, I would like to be able to block that caller. Is this still possible?

I have one merchant that keeps sending me sales offers, possibly as a result of a previous holder of my phone number actually wanting this junk. I don't.

No one has yet jumped in to answer this, so I asked Aitan that question at today's Sidney SIG and he was able to show me how to do this (whether the procedure has changed or I simply forgot...) I am posting the answer here in case it helps someone else.

You start by opening an unwanted message (here I use a sample test message I created).

Next, click on the info button (shown by my red arrow at top right corner... This takes you to the "Details".

What I was missing before was the little grey arrow at top right (shown again by my red arrow.) Click on that to show more about the caller. (I have blanked out phone numbers and email addresses here with grey ovals for privacy.)

Now, you need to scroll down to the very bottom of this page. (shown below).

And there is the hard to find "Block this Caller" that I hadn't been able to find recently.

Thanks Aitan, worth the trip to Sidney alone, even with all the other great stuff you showed us today.
