So I was watching a video by Zdenka Darula., on camera settings. She recommended at setting PRORAW and resolution control (settings, camera, formats then pro raw. (It says PR is a 10-bit file that uses linear DNG format to retain more information and dynamic range in the file, providing additional flexibility when editing exposure and white balance). This is usually turned off.
Does anyone have any experience with this , recommendations .?Is there much difference in the picture to the naked eye whether this is on or off?
Thanks dawn

Those settings will keep your photos at very high resolution, but will also eat up a lot of space. That advice is aimed at serious photographers, not casual iPhone camera users.

The iPhone will produce good-quality pictures at its normal settings as long as you don't zoom in more than the optical lens can handle. Film-camera snobs will turn up their nose at the comparatively low resolution of digital photos, but we live in a world where 90 percent of photos are viewed on a screen. They'll also look fine if you make prints of them, but maybe not be good enough for a billboard. :)

Thank you. I did take a photo and saw the massive difference in size. Think I’ll keep this for the pros.
