Email Address keeps disappearing from a group list

Hi,

I have many group emails. Occasionally, an email address will disappear from a list - for no apparent reason. It's very frustrating for me and the person who gets missed from the list.

I have iCloud set up to keep my groups linked to my iPad, iPhone and MacBook Pro. Why does my address app keep dropping certain email addresses from lists?

Difficult to tell from the information provided. Is it the same person or just different random email addresses this happens to?
