Email and icloud

Since I have changed my email address from Shaw to iCloud my emails show up in the spam or junk folders of my recipients. They have my new email in their contacts and have done everything they can think of on their side to solve this issue. I even get my emails in my junk folder when I email myself. I have asked everyone I know what to do about this, even Apple support to no avail. I am the secretary of my Strata and send many emails to owners who are on my distribution list. What can I do except going back to the shaw email address?

On the Mac, you can select any email in your junk folder and select "Move to Inbox," which effectively clears that sender from the junk list. There is probably a similar procedure for Windows machines, but I don't know it offhand. The other problem you may be encountering is that Strata emails are by their nature mass-addressed, and so many machines now have filters to avoid multiple "to" recipients by default. If you are sending the emails with multiple recipients in the "To" field, try addressing it only to yourself in the "To" field and everyone else in the BCC field, and see if that helps.

Thanks, Charles. I do send multiple emails using the BBC field but will try putting my address in the To field to see if that helps. Some of my recipients have marked my email on their PC's as "not spam" but doesn't seem to help. The last emails I got from VMUG ended up in my junk folder. I have moved everyone I get to my inbox and will keep doing so.
