Facebook problem or Mac?

Hello Everyone: Wondering if someone can help us with this problem. Our facebook page has suddenly in the last couple weeks changed and were wondering if it has to do with the latest upgrade on High Sierra or some setting we don't know about on this Mac or on FB. We don't use FB much at all and are not familiar with the settings on it.

The picture area and the friends area on the left of the page is gone, also only get a couple posts on the whole page, it won't scroll down and show anymore like it used to.

To add some excitment to the problem, on our old Mac running El C 10.11.6 it looks just like it did before, but on the new Mac H S 10.13.4 it's all disappeared. When we click on Friends on the top it just shows two lines appears to searching? but nothing comes up. Funny that it is different on El C and H S.

Sounds like it might be a setting on H S? Anyone know where we could look to see if this is the case?

Thanks All Donna

I can't think of anything on the macOS side of things that would be doing this; I'm certainly not seeing it here. It sounds to me as though the page is having some difficulty in loading completely as the root of the issue you're seeing. Try visiting FB in a different browser and see if that makes a difference. Also check to see if you have any difference in settings in Safari on your two machines, or using adblockers, extensions, et al.
