I'm trying to post a photo (for sale) to the forum. My file is 6.6 mb...too large.
What is the limit and how do I get it there? I've tried .PDF .HEIC . png
I'm not sure what the limit is, but I doubt the software we use for the forum understands HEIC. Try good ol' JPEG, and if it's still too large reduce the DPI to 72. If it's still too large even after that, try reducing the size of the picture.
When I am posting here, I usually take the photo into Preview and under the Tools menu Adjust Size... so that the maximum dimension is 800 pixels. The result will still look great on the forum posting.
