fillable form comes up blank

Hi Everyone: Ok, so I'm am in need of some tutoring. I was in a website today trying to enroll my boy in an alternative school. I filled in all the required fields, lots of typing, then I wanted to save it. I saved it to the desktop but when I opened it from there to check there was only one page and it was blank. Obviously I didn't do something right but what. I am going to be doing a few of these so I need to learn to do it right. Just want to send off the form with some attachments and keep a copy of it somewhere on the mac. (Monterey) Is there a simple way? I am so bad at this stuff. Thanks Donna

What I do in this situation is start to print it. When the print dialog comes up do NOT just hit the print button. Instead at the bottom there is a little pull down that likely says "PDF" but if you click on its pulldown arrow, you will be give a bunch of choices, including "Save as PDF..." and that, when chosen, will give you the choice of exactly where to save it.
