Floppy disk

I have a friend who has an old floppy disc and she is asking if there is a way to transfer the data onto a flash drive.
Does anyone know where I can point her to get this done? Thanks

There may still be some USB floppy drives available from local PC stores such as Memory Express or perhaps from online vendors.

If your friend can obtain one, it would simply read the floppy (if it is still readable, that is …) and copy the files on it to a computer’s storage or an attached thumb drive.
