import video from iOS 7.1.2 into MacBook Air ?

Getting my iPhone 4 ready to junk, I found a video that I would like to keep and transfer to my MB Air 13.2.1. I have deleted everything on the iPhone except the desired video and have connected the iPhone to MBAir with USB but the desired video doesn't show up. Too many software and OS changes? Any options to retrieve the video file ?

Depends on how big the video file is in terms of file size. If it’s less than 2GB, I’d suggest throwing it into a free Dropbox account and then using the Mac to retrieve it from there.
