iPad's Safari locked up

A lottery outfit has locked up Safari. I've done a restart but that didn't solve the problem.

Everything else seems to be OK.

How do I get rid of the lottery, please?

Some clarification on what you mean by "a lottery outfit" would be helpful.

When Safari is open, see if you can press the buttons at the bottom of the Safari window (back, share, bookmarks, switcher). If the switcher button works, you'll see a view of all the tabs open in Safari, and can then press the X on the left side of them to close the ones you want. And of course, don't revisit that site again.
