iPhone, iPad's Safari app not working

Can't get onto webmail@shaw.ca nor several other sites - news sites.
The iMac does connect though.
The message on the iOS devices reads, "Safari cannot open the page cause the server cannot be found."
At one moment, in frustration, I deleted "Mail" from the iPhone. How do I get it reinstalled?
Is this some bug or another that has invaded my iOS devices?

It sounds to me like there is some problem with your internet connection. I doubt the problem is with either Apple Mail or Safari on your devices. Is the iMac connected with a wire to the router or does it use wi-fi? Either way, I'd go to settings on your phone and look at the wi-fi line near the top of what should open. It will tell you there if you're connected to the server.

Thanks for the thought, Dave.
This iMac is operating on WiFi, the same as my iPhone and iPad.
I'm able to get my Shaw mail on the iMac so I feel that there is no problem with Internet.
The iPhone 'does show' that it is connected to the WiFi.
