iPhone settings question

My wife hasn't had Live Voicemail set up on her iPhone but today asked me to get her set up for that. She has an iPhone 16 Pro, I have a 15 Pro. We sat down today to compare settings. On my phone, if I touch the green phone icon in the dock, I see this at the bottom of the resulting screen:



I can then click on the Voicemail icon on the right and go and and view any voicemails left for me. But on her phone, if she touches the green phone icon in the dock she gets this at the bottom of her resulting screen:



I can't see what settings I need to change to make our phones match. Can anyone lead me down that path, please?

This is a change that came about in iOS 26. Open the Phone app, tap on the three lines menu at the top right of the screen, and switch from "Unified" to "Classic."

As the name implies, there's no change in the actual information, just how it is presented.

Ah, thank you for this Chas. I was on Classic, my wife was on Unified (but now switched to Classic)
