MacBook Pro freezes now that I've installed Big Sur

Since I installed Big Sur my computer has been freezing and the only solution is to shut down and restart. It's happened three times in the past week. Has anyone heard of similar issues with Big Sur? Also is there a location to report issues with a new IOS system like Big Sur? I can call Tech support but I don't think talking to a tech support person is going to help. I suspect its a problem with Big Sur and I just want to let them know of this issue. Dav

Well you could try leaving a description of what happened at https://www.apple.com/feedback/ You won't here back from them but if enough people report similar circumstances that may motivate them to investigate. Be sure to give them your exact model number of MB Pro and perhaps what version of macOS (not iOS, the operating system of iPhones) you have come from. My wife has a 2016 MB Pro and I installed Big Sur on that shortly after it was released and we have had no similar issues. Make sure you have updated to 11.2.1 (which just came out recently) and see if the helps, perhaps, before going to the effort of leaving feedback.

Hi Dave, Fortunately Idid the 11.2.1 update and the problem seems to have disappeared. They must have caught the issue. So I won't be sending in the notice unless it happens again. Thank you for the suggestion and I will save the link for any future issues.
BTW I'm about to post this link from CNN but thought you might like to read it. It's about a new virus that's in the new "M" chip and Malwarebytes is aware of the virus. https://www.cnn.com/2021/02/21/tech/mac-mysterious-malware/index.html. Was not able to create a like so you will have to cut and paste. David
