Not sure about batteries that can be changed, but it has a lightening port on the bottom for charging. See photo. I haven't used it for more than 10 minutes !!! Thought it was a good idea at the time - but not for me.

Sorry Anne, missed checking the forum for a couple of days. Yes this lis the plugin to charge version. No AAA batteries to change.
