Does anyone know for sure?? My existing number is good until March of 2022. If I purchase a new one or two year sale version of this today does it starting counting down from the date of purchase or does it start counting from next March when I would first enter the new number ?? Thanks for any info you have on this.

I'm going to add a small caveat to my original reply, which is that I was referring to the boxed version you buy in a store. I'm not 100 percent certain that if you start a free two-week trial from the download and activate it early, which date it will use as your "start date."
