Matte or tempered glass for screen protector

Hey there, it’s time to get another screen protector for my iPad 6th generation. I have presently a matte protector.
I use my iPad mostly to read emails, write emails with the keyboard and watch movies or u tube.
2 companies I am looking at are jetech and citigeeks. ? Suggestions? Recommendations?

I’ve not heard of those companies, but I had London Drugs put a matte screen protector on my work phone (an iPhone 12) and I’m quite happy with it.
