Please recommend foam (or other ) tips for AirPods Pro 2

I have just bought the AirPods Pro 2 and I have heard various people recommend foam tips as better than the Apple silicone ones. Are there any particular brands I should go for? And I guess I should add, how does the sizing of foam tips compare to the Apple silicon tips? i.e. if the medium Apple tip is best, will a medium foam tip be best? I have always had a problem ever since the very first Apple earbuds with my iPod Touch keeping those things in my ears.

Pretty sure these are the ones I bought off Amazon. Three sizes same as apple ones but you still to figure out sizes that work to keep them in for you.

Even with the foam tips I finally bought these and they have solved my issue of falling out. If I go outside it is a must for me to use these. Sitting or moving around in the hose and the foams do work 90% but activity outside required these. Down side is have to remove to charge in case but foam stay on for charging with no issue.
