Raw photos Blurred after processed

After processing raw photos on my iMac with Ventura 13.1 on it my photo become burred. Any idea what could be going on?

Did you save them in a lossy format like .jpg or .heic, or did you save them in a lossless format like .tiff?

Any possibility you inadvertently saved them at a lower resolution?
