Tonight's General Meeting was just a fabulous meeting. The mini presentation of 1Password was excellent and showed an amazing amount of preparation in using Skype to interview the AgileBits representative and then cutting away to videos that detailed features on this great application.
The main presentation on Photos vs iPhoto was exceptionally well done, showing similarities and differences very well. I have close to 20,000 photos in Photos after adopting it in Yosemite and now in El Capitan and recently did a big job getting about 500 35 mm slides into Photos and then sorting, but I still found myself taking notes about stuff I had yet to learn.
Surprisingly there was a huge turnout to benefit from these great presentations, in spite of the storm tonight. So all that work that Chas put in preparing for this meeting was not wasted.
The only downside to the evening - again I failed to win the raffle!
