The ONLY anti-malware software I recommend for the Mac (and this view is shared by both Aitan and Alan Perry) is ... MalwareBytes.
Non-Mac Apple products have no need of any security/malware/virus software. Consequently, MalwareBytes doesn't offer a version for iOS/iPadOS.
MalwareBytes is also the only security software I recommend for Windows or Android. The rest are mostly worthless garbage these days, though some of them were worthy products many years ago.
