What is this annoying message that keeps popping up, (is it going to happen a lot) about iCloud needs Apple ID Verification Code or ICloud Keychain needs Verification Code. Have I missed something while I was away about a new procedure.
I never received one for either, so asked one for each be texted to my phone, got them, used them, connected just fine. Recorded numbers in case of future need.
Today same message again (about a week later) , got the code numbers I had written down, said "incorrect". Asked for new ones to be texted to me, got them and everything is working fine.
I have not updated any device lately, have 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5 running El Capitan, iPhone 6 with 9.3.1, iPad Mini and MacBook Air using iCloud only for sharing between devices not storage.
