blank page when trying to save

Hi Everyone, got a problem with saving docs on my bank site. Previously when I paid my bills from the bank site I would click save as, brings up the drop down for documents, I name it, bring up documents and put it in the appropriate folder, then when I checked it, it would show a copy of what I did. Now all I get is a blank page, no text no anything. In the box below if I choose
page source and web are both blank. What am I doing wrong? Thanks all Donna

Try this: instead of trying to save as a web page or page source, select “print” and choose the button on the lower left corner of the print dialog, which should say something like Save PDF ...

This will save the web page as a PDF, which is probably what you are after.
