Can’t receive FaceTime but can send!

My wife has upgraded from an 8 yo MBAir to MB Air M2. She can FaceTime to anyone, but cannot receive FT on the new computer. She is frustrated with the new M2.
I haven’t been able to find the cause. Help?

Sorry if this is obvious but FaceTime > Settings > General. Does everything there look as you would expect, including entries for "You can be reached for FaceTime at" ?

Thanks Dave, but that setting is on for her iCloud.com and her @me.com account. The M2 computer logs in that there was a FT call at the time I sent it (photo), but the call doesn’t open. Both her iPhone and old MB Air receive immediately. We turned off both, but still FT calls are not received on the new M2 but she can successfully call out with FT.
Mysterious! What next?
Thanks,
Doug

Sorry, all I can suggest is that you put the old MB Air beside the M2 Air, open FaceTime settings on both, and compare line by line.

Be sure to include her iPhone's telephone number as a way to be reached. Most people on mobile are using FaceTime via their phone number.
