How to find what TLS I am using on Mac

I need TLS l.2 to use Moneris for PAYd transactions. Their email states Safari 8 or higher will work. But an Apple discussion states Safari on OSX will not work.

I have Safari 10.02 with El Capitan. But how do I find out if I am using TLS 1.2?

Where can I find that info on my Mac? TIA

Have attached screen shots. Perhaps I will not be able to use PAYd now?

At the moment I can only test my iOS version of Safari, bit it supports TLS v1.2.
