Something happened … can't Send in Mail.
Download is fine.
Using Shaw POP Account
iPad and iPhone are using the account - no problems.
Have been on the Chat with both Shaw and Apple.
Latest: Apple says to Export (to hard drive) all mail boxes, delete the POP account and then open a new POP account - for which I will need "the" Password.
Of course, not having a record of passwords and with everything being "automatic", I haven't the faintest idea of what the password is.
I'm very afraid of losing all my Mail information (various boxes) and wish not to jump too fast.
In earlier days, one could access the Ports of the Mail account but that seems to have become hidden.
Apple online help appears to have no relation to this OS; how very frustrating.
NOW -
Printing no longer works. Can't print on either printer.
Thoughts, anyone? Do I have a virus/bug???
