For the last two months, entering words into Pages is like typing in mud. It is very sluggish and it takes forever to finish what I have typed. I know mu document has a lot of words, but other applications can handle the volume. I am writing a book and start4ed in Pages and would like to continue as I am not that familiar with Word and don't have the time to learn the intricacies.
My work around is to type my text in Text Edit and then copy and paste, but this seems to be ridiculous and takes longer. It is hard to get the words on the screen if the program cannot keep up with my slow typing.
Is there a solution?
