When there are a number of "objects" on a page, how can one select just one, or, if all have been selected, how to de-select just one?
A sample screen clip is attached.
Thanks,
Dick

Hi Dick
I see no replies to this post, so thought I'd chime in. I'm not clear on what you mean by objects. Is this something other than regular typing? Presumably the process for getting rid of one is related to how it got there in the first place. But a little more detail might help.

I’m afraid the screen shot doesn’t make your question too clear, but if your talking about objects such as shapes, lines, arrows, text boxes, et cetera, the standard universal Mac conventions apply: you can “lasso” items, or select them individually while holding down the the command key.

If multiple objects are already selected, clicking an individual one while holding down the command key will deselect that object only. Hope that helps!
